Magic Monday with Mickey #2

These are some shots from our first visit to Animal Kingdom.  We had so much fun on the Expedition Everest ride… that Yeti is one scary dude! We went on Safari and saw tons of giraffes, hippos, and - our favorite - elephants!  And, of course, we loved meeting more characters.  Flick was my favorite.  I accidentally called his antennae “antlers” (serious lack of coffee that morning), and he gave me a hard time!

We walked around the Tree of Life in awe of the details and craftsmanship. There are also several shots from underground at the Tree of Life… bugs, bugs, and more bugs! We saw the phenomenal Lion King show… we got to be on Simba’s team, and roar with the lions!

We also got a group shot in front of Aladar (the Dinosaur). My kids all quoted the movie… “Aladar? You’re not dead!  - NO!” He he!! Honestly, that Dinosaur ride was the scariest of all for me! Such a fun, fun day!! But I’ll shut up now,  and let the pictures tell the story…

Magical Mondays with Mickey (1st Edition)

Here we are, almost exactly a month after our Disney Vacation, and I’ve finally made a decision…

There’s absolutely NO WAY to share all the Disney photo memories with you.

Chris must have literally taken at least 200 pictures each.and.every.day! (Even for a non-Math Major like me, I know that’s over 1600 photos!)

I did manage to make this slideshow for Em’s birthday, share a few pics in this post,  and use a few of the best ones on my sidebar.  (Those pics needed to be updated in a BIG, BAD way!)

So, I ‘ve decided from here on out (until I run out, or get tired!), I am going to post Magical Mondays with Mickey. ;-)
