Thankful Thursday - Numb3rs Edition

43 - people in attendance at our first Life Group gathering

23 - the number of children in the Revolution Kids session (if you did the math, that is OVER HALF of our total!!... we hope it stays that way!!)

18 - the number of "core" team members (including children) who worked together to clean house, cook burgers, bake desserts, set up tables, arrange the children's area, teach the lessons, and greet the guests!

16 - number of adults in our Bible Study

2  - AWESOME Children's ministry workers

2 - precious volunteers (mother and sister of the host) who kept three babies in our "nursery area" (normally a 10 year old boy's bedroom!)

2 - Bibles that were taken from our "stash" for those who didn't have one  Literally... they took them HOME so they would have one to read!!

1 - VERY AWESOME NIGHT!!!

 

Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; 
    make known among the nations what he has done.

Sing to him, sing praise to him; 
    tell of all his wonderful acts.

Glory in his holy name; 
    let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.

Thank you Jesus for showing up at REVOLUTION CHURCH tonight, and rocking our world!! You are SO AWESOME, and we know it's NOT about us, but it's ALL ABOUT YOU!!!  WE LOVE YOU!!! 

Oh wait! I almost forgot a number...

7 - Days until we do it all again!! I can't WAIT to see what God's gonna do NEXT WEEK! ;-)
