The Beth Moore Simulcast Event was AMAZING!! I never cease to be amazed at how God uses this "mother bird" to chew up the very morsels of The Word that I need to grasp! As I drove to Columbia on Friday, I prayed that God would make me HUNGRY for Him and His Word. He did not disappoint. And as always, he made sure that my hungry heart was FILLED!
Here are a few (okay, more than a "few") nuggets that I particularly enjoyed:
- We're called to be "women of substance" and to minister out of the great debt of love for what HE has done for us. (Luke 8: 1-3)
- God's word REPROGRAMS and HEALS our minds!
- We are the seed of Abraham and are called to live in the blessing of God. (Galatians 3:29)
- God wants to break up the unplowed ground of my heart. What have I yet to yield to him? Where is the no-man's land of my heart? What if I were to let him break it up?? (Hosea 10:12)
- God breathed into Adam (Genesis 2:7). When He speaks His Word to us, He is breathing LIFE into us!! (2 Timothy 3:16)
- The enemy's M.O. is "in order that they may NOT" (Luke 8:12). But JESUS said, "I have come that your MAY HAVE" (John 10:10)
- Your faith is strategic to your freedom. Faith and Freedom are inseparable!
- Every word God speaks into my life (Isaiah 5:11) has an accomplishing purpose!
- When the season of testing exceeds the season of believing we are headed for a season of falling.
- Whatever area of my life is NOT under the authority of the word is where I am defeated!
- The "dirt" Satan has on me God turns into FERTILE SOIL (Luke 8:15) for the planting of His word!
- The Word is continually refining us and proving us genuine, until He brings our destiny to pass. (Psalm 105:17-19)
- My roots (Ephesians 3:17) are only as deep as I am convinced that my God loves me.
- Be warriors not worriers. (Philippians 4:6-7)
- What He calls you to go through is not just about you! (Philippians 2:17)
- God does not desire for me to live in hysteria and chaos, but in FREEDOM AND VICTORY!
- I must believe God for the finished work, and not quit before the harvest comes, pressing forth for HIS WORD to yield 100-fold! (Luke 8:8)

At least one of my other bloggy friends (from Texas) was at this event as well. Very cool. The more I hear about Beth Moore, the more I'm interested in knowing.
