I was recently asked to complete a survey for SHE Magazine (a local, monthly publication). The survey was to be used to create "The World According To..." feature for the month of June.
Along with "Childhood Ambitions" and "Guilty Pleasures", I was asked to define my "Proudest Moment". Here was my response:
June 20, 1998 ...The day I became Mrs. Christopher Lynn Reeder.
I can scarcely believe that it has been ten years since we stood before our pastors, our families, and our dearest friends to declare our love for one another. We promised to love, honor and cherish... until death do us part.

I wish I could say that the last ten years had been smooth sailing; that there have been no obstacles to face, or burdens to bear. But that would be far from the truth. The truth is, those obstacles and burdens have only served to grow our love.
My KISA never ceases to amaze me with his quiet strength, patience, and humility. He is a man of excellence and determination. He has more integrity in his pinky finger than most people have in their entire bodies! I've learned SO MUCH from him over the last ten years. His love (along with that of my First Love, Jesus Christ) has made me the woman I am today, and for that I am eternally grateful.
So here's to the next ten years, Baby! I can't wait to see what it feels like to love you EVEN MORE!!!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!
(P.S. - I know you hate music on blogs, but turn up your speakers, this song is dedicated to YOU!) ;-)
